1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Can AI See Me? ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Can AI See Me? is an AI visibility scanning tool that measures how visible your brand is to AI models such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. The Service provides visibility scores, technical website audits, and actionable recommendations to improve your AI presence.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service without an account for free scans. To access paid features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes up to 3 scans with limited features. Free scans provide basic results — full audit details, all recommendations, and advanced features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the scanning engine
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service or bypass rate limits
• Resell scan results without an Agency plan or written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, scanning algorithms, and branding, is owned by Can AI See Me? and protected by intellectual property laws. Your scan results belong to you — you may use, share, and export them freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service itself.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI visibility scores are based on AI model responses at the time of scanning. AI models update their knowledge and behavior regularly, so scores may fluctuate. We provide scores and recommendations as informational guidance — they do not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking, or visibility improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Can AI See Me? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
